Stego (Voiced by Ray Kahnert) is a member of the Dinosaucers.
He is not particularly intelligent but does not present the same degree of stupidity as Bonehead. He is good-natured and innocent. Though he tries to be brave, he usually acts cowardly and is prone to panic. However, he can overcome this and rescue his friends when needed.
He is a Stegosaurus a herbivorous dinosaur that lived at the end of the Jurassic Period, about 150 million years ago. Inherent to Stego is that, like his ancestors, he does not possess a remarkable intellect.
Stego has tremendous potential for defense and can even coil or curl himself inside his uniform, much like a turtle is often depicted as going into its shells. Like Bonehead, he spends most of his time in Lavadome helping to monitor Tyrannos' activity. However, Allo enlists him on missions quite a few more times than his even more dim-witted comrade.
In addition to defense, Stego does not seem to realize his strength. Of the Dinosaucers, Stego is one of the physically strongest, though second behind Bronto Thunder. However, Stego's friendliness and cowardly nature prevent him from using much overt violence.
Stego's ship
Stego's spaceship's color resembles the color of his scales. It has plates on the top of the hull, making it resemble a Stegosaurus.
